Description

The house is built on three levels:

The basement is an independent apartment with large spaces, a bedroom with ensuite shower and toilet, a full size kitchen and a separate guest shower and toilet.

The ground floor consists of a separate tv room in an open space with a kitchen and a fire place which opens in an outside sitting area which leads to the swimming pool. From the tv room there are also stairs that lead to the basement apartment.

There is also a large entrance and living room on the ground floor with balconies that go around the whole floor and a bar. On the ground floor you can find a separate room/office with ensuite shower and toilet which is also used for guest wc. The room on the ground floor has a separate door which can also be used as a bedroom if needed.

The staircase leads to the first floor with four bedrooms.

One bedroom with ensuite shower and toilet.

Two bedrooms with no ensuite showers.

A large bathroom with a bathtub, two sinks and jacuzzi.

There is also a kitchenette on the first floor.

There is a fifth bedroom on the loft with ensuite shower and toilet and a large storage space.

All floors are marble and the surfaces are granite.

There is underfloor heating all around the house and airconditioning units. A large swimming pool and gardens around the house.
